I wrote these 6 questions for the version of me at 16 who had no idea what he wanted.
About 10 minutes. Free. No sign-up, and no Notion needed — answer in your notes app or a notebook.
Don't try to sound good. Answer fast and honest. The question you want to skip is usually the one that matters most.
Most people think about their life. Very few actually look at it. Answer for how it is right now not how you want it to be.
Why this matters: What you do every day is who you're becoming. Intentions don't count yet — behaviour does.
How to think about it: Go back through your last three days. Where did the hours actually go? Write what the pattern says, not what you meant to do.
Ignore what you say you want. Look at what your actions show.
If someone followed you around this week not listening, just watching what would they conclude actually matters to you? Not your goals. What your behaviour proves.
Then the harder part: what would you not want them to see?
Example: "They'd say comfort matters more to me than progress. I talk about building something but my time doesn't show it. I wouldn't want them to see how much of my day disappears on my phone."

In one sentence — what did you just notice about the direction your week is already pointing?

Attention is a skill and unlike motivation, you can train it.
